Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to love what you buy. If you're not fully satisfied:

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility (unless the item is defective).

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used cosmetic products.
